How to unlock secret Roud Sulfur Works Excavation Node

1) Go to the Node Manager Salta and Make sure to invest CP on Main Sulfur Node

2) Unlock the secret Excavation Sub-Node by heading NORTH WEST from Salta to second NPC as shown:

3) Speak to USTOUVAN and spend 50 energy to UNLOCK the secret Sub node
