DeceptionShips 50% stronger will automatically surrender to piracy demands. Enemy contraband scans are 50% less effective.
Decontamination20% chance of not gaining an infection when you otherwise would.
DemolitionsAll previous bonuses are doubled.
DiplomacyYou can force target NPCs to permanently stop fighting (unless they're attacked again)
DuelingMelee kills heal you for 10% of your health.

MarksmanshipCritical hits using a non-automatic ranged weapon without a scope do double damage and those with scopes knock down enemies on the next shot.
